This Consulting Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of January 15, 2025 by and between Acme Corp ("Client") and Summit Consulting LLC ("Consultant"). Consultant shall provide strategic advisory services as described in Exhibit A. All work product shall be owned exclusively by Client. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days written notice.
