Justee collects only the data necessary to provide our services: your account information (name, email), documents you upload for analysis, chat conversations, and document comparisons. We also collect basic usage analytics to improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.

For paid users, data is retained as long as your subscription is active. Chat conversations are automatically deleted after 30 days of inactivity. For free users, data may be deleted 30 days after your subscription lapses — you will receive email warnings at 7 days and 1 day before deletion. Anonymous (non-logged-in) data is automatically deleted after 24 hours.

Yes. In your account settings, you can individually delete your reviews, chat conversations, or document comparisons. You can also delete all data at once while keeping your account, or permanently delete your entire account.

Account deletion permanently removes your profile, all uploaded documents, analyses, chat history, and comparisons. A minimal billing audit record is retained for 7 years as required by law. Account deletion is irreversible.

Your documents are processed by our AI analysis system and are not shared with or sold to third parties. Document content is sent to our AI provider for analysis but is not used for training purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No. Your documents and conversations are not used to train AI models. We have opted out of training data programs with our AI providers. Your content is processed solely to deliver your analysis results.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Document files are stored in isolated cloud storage with strict access controls. We conduct regular security reviews and follow industry best practices for data protection.
